Tawnya Diefenbach, LMT

Tawnya has been studying and working with the body since 2008. In 2013 she earned a 1000 hour associate degree from Colorado School of Healing Arts. She is well rounded and versed in many modalities including Integrative Sports Massage, Neuromuscular and Cranial Therapy, and Lymphatic massage. Fully understanding the importance of crafting an experience that meets the needs of each client, she thrives on helping clients regain a sense of self through a combination of therapeutic and energetic bodywork, breath work, and massage.
